Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. General Terms & Provider

These terms govern the use of digital software engineering and B2B automation services provided via luka2000.com. The service provider is Individual Entrepreneur Luka Gvenetadze (ID: 01019078183), hereinafter referred to as the "Provider".

By engaging, subscribing to, or ordering any service, the Client agrees unconditionally to these Terms of Service.

2. Services & Digital Fulfillment

The Provider delivers custom software development, cloud infrastructure setup, AI concierge/workflow integrations, and ongoing technical maintenance.

Fulfillment is purely digital and remote, delivered via client dashboards, deployed codebases, API configurations, or direct engineering deliverables.

3. Billing & Payments

Payments are handled through authorized payment channels including Flitt and credit/debit card processing. Service plans and recurring subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because services involve immediate allocation of computing infrastructure, specialized developer hours, and customized setup:

• Work Performed & Setup Fees: All onboarding fees, architecture hours, and custom integration deliverables are strictly non-refundable once initiated.
• Subscription Cancellation: Recurring retainers can be cancelled anytime prior to the upcoming billing cycle, immediately halting subsequent renewals.
• Discretionary Claims: Refund requests within 14 calendar days of initial billing will only be evaluated upon concrete documentation of non-delivery or catastrophic technical discrepancy that the Provider fails to remedy within 14 business days.
• Sole Determination: The Provider retains sole discretion to determine whether a partial refund or service credit is warranted following technical review.
• Third-Party Costs: Computational fees (AI token usage, cloud server allocations, payment gateway fees) incurred are non-refundable under all circumstances.
